5. Exchange concessions
Give the other part something in return for something you need or want.
6. Close the Deal
End the negotiation on good terms – in a friendly way

Confirm what has been agreed. Summarise the details in written.

-Remember to write a concise and catchy title.
-Make a reference to the email you received and state the purpose of your mail in the fist paragraph. Time is money in business world.
– Be simple and formal . Avoid too long sentences that could cause confusion . Commas are necessary for the same reason.
– When referring to data or research , always include / attach the relevant sources and data so as to be persuasive and analytical.
– In the final paragraph, remember to recap your key points as this will help the recipient take action accordingly without potential misunderstandings.
