Τhen we can have a skype meeting so as to discuss about your needs and we will send you a placement test to check your current level in English. Thereafter we set the deadline according to your goals.
The classes take place online. Thus, the only thing you need to attend classes is your computer with an internet connection and a webcam. We use Webex as our teaching platform. You will have to download the software from the official webex website. It's very easy and you will receive the necessary instructions from our end in due time.
You may process payment every 4 lessons in advance. We use Paypal or you may process payment through e-banking to the designated bank account you will receive from us.
All the material we use during the lesson is sent by email after each lesson in a pdf format. We also send you the homework with relevant exercises for further practice. We always remain at your disposal in case you have any questions.
According to our cancellation policy, if you cancel a lesson within 24 hours before the lesson starts, you will be charged as if the lesson took place nornally. If cancellation is declared earlier than 24hours, no charge is incurred and a refund is totally acceptable.
